Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many invoices you create.
Do you store my invoice or business details?
No. Everything you type stays in your browser and the PDF is built on your device. Nothing is uploaded to a server. Your draft and the invoices you download are kept in your browser's local storage so they are there next time. Clearing your site data removes them, and the Clear all button removes your draft.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP image and it appears at the top of the invoice. Transparent PNG logos keep their transparency.
Which currencies are supported?
Indian rupee (INR), US dollar, euro, British pound, UAE dirham, Australian, Canadian and Singapore dollars, Saudi riyal, South African rand, Nigerian naira, Kenyan shilling, Pakistani rupee, Bangladeshi taka, Sri Lankan rupee and Japanese yen. Amounts use each currency's usual number format.
Can I add GST, VAT or sales tax?
Yes. Give the tax a name, enter the rate, and it is calculated on the amount after any discount. You can also add your tax ID, such as a GSTIN or VAT number. Tax rules differ by country, so check what your invoices must include.
Where are my past invoices?
Every invoice you download is saved in History on the same device and browser. From there you can edit it, copy it for the next job, download the PDF again, search, export a CSV, or make a backup file. History is not synced between devices, so back it up if you want to keep it.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. On a small screen you switch between Edit and Preview, and the Download PDF button stays within reach.
How do I number my next invoice?
Press Start next invoice. It keeps your business details and payment info, clears the client and items, and increases the invoice number by one.
Can it email the invoice to my client?
Not yet. Download the PDF and attach it to an email or send it on WhatsApp. Keeping everything on your device is what lets us promise we never see your data.
